not surprisingly i have a very different take

when one looks objectively at OTC survivors .. one tends to see remarkably
similar patterns in play .. these patterns aren't done by retail investors .. which
leaves NR .. or as the dolts within the SEC refer to them .. *bad actors*
retail doesn't have access to loopholes .. and other entities willing to collude
for the price tag required for the minute .. hour .. day or week .. as NR does
as i've noted previously .. NR works cycles of money .. NR doesn't give a rat's ass
what the company does .. i'll lay odds NR had no idea what Innovation was doing
.. because when NR enters .. it's to work cycles of money .. they flood the board
with crews (PRO and CON) to create *views* and maintain dialogue .. and so it goes ..
so IPIX (CTIX) was worked UP for most of that first round you noted ..
NRs' algos read filings and would fully recognize that *shares* would enter
(dilution) on a consistent basis .. imo their algos would also work the math (imo
everything done is % based)
so NR did what they always do .. work the cycle up .. reset it back down
and so it went until the last *imo* significant take up of late 2014 .. and then
NRs' *usual* of resetting back .. no longer worked ..
i noted in July 2015 .. CTIX was about to blow wide open
i based this on multiple sets of dated data available to retail and the only
set of RT (real time) data (daily reg sho) and daily tapes of trades
we all know what then came to pass .. because when the usual no longer works
for NR .. the stakes get ratcheted ..
so enter the next round .. of hit pieces // atty firms on NRs' speed
dial trolling/trawling for lead plaintiffs .. and zero doubts x entity trying to get
someone within the SEC to *check* over every filing ever made by mgmt ..
another oddity specific to OTC companies that came public via a R/M is that
what gets reported is handled very differently re: *reg sho* vs those OTC co.s
that came public via S-1 Registrations .. imo courtesy of a total lack of true
transparency out of the morons @ the SEC .. re: R/M co.s .. with all those priors
(abusively) littering up the joint never addressed (grandfathering in 2005 just
allowed the crooks even more latitude and loopholes to exploit) it becomes
side of the barn reporting .. because of course .. years on now .. NR never
factored this company would still *survive* all these years later
i think what some don't understand is once NR is UPSIDE DOWN on an OTC
stock and the *usual* doesn't work (this would be most of 2015 until Mako's planned entry)
NRs' options begin to limit themselves .. this is why you see the (what i refer to
as controlled runs stopped out @ specific price points) volume decreasing (even with
mgmt sanctioned dilution) and less and less *players* willing (MMs decreased
from 2015 to 2017 .. rather significantly)
why would anyone believe that those who illegally manipulate would ever *report* factually on any level ..
btw .. imo if *someone* noted to mgmt that by changing the name/ticker/cusip
would force a cover for those who abusively short (which imo has been in play
since i've been invested .. 4 years now) *mgmt* was conned if they bought that bs
.. it's a total fallacy and quite frankly i have a tough time believing that of this mgmt .. but i'll never say never ..
the only times i've ever sent something off to Leo .. the response has been almost immediate
i've always believed Innovation has a very *aware* mgmt team re: OTC stock manipulation
and imo that was confirmed by how aggressively mgmt *handled* the events of 2015

simple math (of what you posted) shows
round 1 of sells .. avg pps worked out to approx $2.24 per share
Quote:
“During the period from October 25, 2013 to March 5, 2015, the Company had completed sales to Aspire Capital totaling 8,890,379 shares of common stock generating gross proceeds of approximately $20 million."
round 2 of sells .. avg pps worked out to approx $1.08 per share
Quote:
"During the period from March 30, 2015 to June 30, 2017, the Company had completed sales to Aspire Capital totaling 14.7 million shares of common stock generating gross proceeds of approximately $16 million."
round 3 of sells .. avg pps worked out to approx .8076 per share
Quote:
"From July 1, 2017 to September 1, 2017, the Company generated additional proceeds of approximately $2.1 million under the March 2015 common stock purchase agreement with Aspire Capital from the sale of approximately 2.6 million shares of its common stock."
=====
as i've noted previously .. where NR is concerned they all collude
because they are all for *hire*
need a 5 minute delay on RT l2 .. *done* .. need to borrow 30000 shares
from a cash acct .. for 30 minutes .. *done* .. need to roll the reset to another
MM (decoys *r* us) .. *done* ..
the tell of just how bad it got for *NR* was the approx 30 days post changeout
(mgmt's upside surprise) .. as many know it's not the daily reg sho that matters
... it's what it shows over weeks/months and in the case of some OTC co.s .. years
i refer to this as daily reg sho blowing up and out .. and when it gets pointed out
NR does handstands and backflips to not *show* ..
NR is totally *stuck* .. and are praying for *legit* sells out of actual Innovation Investors en masse
(it's one reason why most SMBs .. see .. *posts* flooding boards about EOY tax loss selling)
as if anyone without a license proffered .. is able to offer financial advice
when NR is *stuck* .. their few options get even fewer .. but one constant remains
trying to force mgmt into ever more dilution (hence the relentless pps compression)
so volume has fallen off a cliff .. NRs' controlled runs are literally able to be called
to NRs' now always *decreasing take UP* PPS .. and those who used to trade
IPIX/CTIX .. no longer can
unless connected to the crew working (and firmly embedded) at the vehicle of choice
reminder .. it is far easier for NR to manipulate the 10 day rather than the 90 day
$IPIX Volume 110,233
Volume (10 day Average) 200,489
Volume (90 day Average) 157,350
for all Innovation investors who celebrate Thanksgiving .. a safe and enjoyable day ..
