(NASDAQ: FEIM ) today announced that it has appointed Jonathan Brolin to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Mr. Brolin is the Managing Partner of Edenbrook Capital, LLC ("Edenbrook"), which beneficially owns approximately 14.3% of the company's outstanding shares and is Frequency’s largest shareholder. Mr. Brolin fills the board seat vacated by the retirement of Admiral S. Robert Foley, Jr.
