BANFF, Alberta, Nov. 22, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sing Yu of EasyPark has received high honours from the Canadian Parking Association. Sing Yu was presented with the “Supervisor of the Year” award at the CPA’s annual Conference in Banff, Alberta.
Sing has been the supervisor at the Easypark Lot 7 in Chinatown since 1995. This parking facility spans a city block on 6 floors and encompasses a retail shopping centre and also is home to Floata, one of the largest Dim Sum restaurants and banquet halls in North America.
Sing has made important contributions to the facility and the community of Chinatown around the facility, he was nominated for the award by peers, employees, customers and property owner, all of whom recognize his skill in managing people and the property but also his ability to engage in the community “Sing devotes time to the various community events by helping out with the various client and customers that the organization supports. In addition to that Sing supports the front line staff in his day to day operations, making sure that all issues are dealt with swiftly and professionally”.
The “supervisor of the Year” award is one of six awards that are showcased at the annual conference for the CPA, which is held in a different Canadian city each year.
