("OTC Markets") contacted the Company and informed the Company that during November 12 th through November 16 th 2017 there were promotional activities concerning “SHRV” and its common stock traded on the OTCQB Marketplace.
These promotional activities consisted of four (4) separate promotional newletters named “Beat Penny Stocks”, “Damn Good Penny Picks”, “Stocks of the Week” and “The Wolf of Penny Stocks”. These newsletters were sent electronically to a list of unknown subscribers of the newsletters.
The Company “SHRV” did not hire or retain any of these companies in any manner to send or disseminate any of the content in full or part. The Company is unaware of any false or misleading factual information provided in these newsletters. Additionally, the Company has performed an internal inquiry of its officers, directors and its controlling shareholders (i.e. shareholders owning 10% or more of the Company's securities), and to the Company's knowledge, none of its officers, directors or controlling shareholders have, directly or indirectly, authorized or been involved in any way (including payment to a third-party) with the creation or distribution of promotional materials of any kind with respect to the Company or its securities.
