I've always trusted an attorney to say and do the right thing... including telling the truth.
I think everybody here is quite aware P2O/Heddle hasn't produced an agreement since the business plan initiated was to sell machines... I don't think any "long" has lost sight of this...
The production of 600,000 gallons of various sorts of fuel..from P2O's process of plastic... shouldn't be forgotten either....
If one or several IS/ARE short...what must truly boggle the mind is not what has transpired...but what COULD transpire. One hint of an agreement has very tired longs...the same longs who are NOT buying @ .03- .04.... digging their heels in a little deeper and purchasing more markers....and a whole new group of investors making their mark.
Naked short selling is not a fictitious phenomenon...it's reality! Whether or not it is occurring here....won't be proven until the company produces...if at all. Regardless, with a definitive and positive status...short or not...PTOI SP rises and chasing markers down could get quite interesting.
I'd have to say with the latest Board Appointments...and the possible connections that may be associated with those folks...shareholder's and other's eyes are probably more "on" the company than "off" at this particular time....
But keep trying to convince the Board and the lurkers that shareholders are idiots and being scammed by Heddle...LOL. I'm sure at some point, this repeated theme of yours will nauseate even the stall mates to the point of mutiny!
