Mr. Kay mentioned about keeping things going after their gone! TPG did scrap their IPO plans this year right around the same time R&G was retained.
I don't have my board links handy, but basically....
TPG buys SFOR IP/Acquires ACS and SFT, SFT winds-up biz ops, etc. and becomes a PUBCO shell. FINRA approves Reverse Merger -- change name to TPG Capital, new CUSIP and Ticker, and TPG/us trading on the big boards.
THIS WILL BE EPIC!
