I would think that is correct, you would have no choice but to sell our shares, the one with the majority of the shares, which is the company has the majority then its there call... but if for some reason... they are doing any of the following... just my thoughts.... HAVE THEY BEEN ONES BUYING BACK THE SHARES......HMMMMMMM...JUST A THOUGHT!!!
1. Going 'private', meaning they would what to buy A/S on the exchange at fair market value.... which I would think it would have to be at the high... of .17 per split/ 4.25 ish now...
2. Management just getting a feel for the longs on where the pps should be... before we goooooooo and the share holders meeting is around the corner...
3. A buyout is being talked about behind closed doors... and they are asking our opinion.....!!!!LOL.....LOL... asking "OUR" OPINION!!! RIGHT!!!
