WP- I think the offer is way above .10 and I like to remind the folks think about the whole funding (Do u remember $500 Mil!!!!!). I am not saying they offer $500 mil for NTEK. But that plays some role into the offer. I think they came to the conclusion this was the best way to go because of ROKU change a lot of landscape in this arena. They didn't want to bother with hurdles that wall street throwing at them.
