Many people here don’t want to sell unless the price is “X” due to the reverse split etc. The problem is there are people out there that averaged down dramatically and have a cost basis in the .10-.20 range. While averaging down Post split they hold far more shares, and as such a much larger piece of the pie.
While $1 might not be attractive to 90 people who own 20% of the shares, but it is attractive to 10 people who own 80% of shares, the 10 win out and the 90 lose.
I know 5 people with 1 million plus shares with an average in they .1-.2 range. To think they wouldn’t sell out at $1 is kind of crazy if the offer is made.
