The latest PR certainly gave us all a lot of information, but also has me wondering some new questions. It seems clear to me that Leo certainly has a suitor and for B-OM....but he also has a fiduciary obligation to maximize shareholder value. I sit in the boat with the others who think this PR was part to tell shareholders to buckle up, but also part to warn other potential partners, either make a compelling offer now or miss out.
