VIVA Entertainment Group , Inc.(OTTV)("VIVA" or "the Company", a distributor of Over-The-Top (OTT) IPTV content to consumers in a bundled subscription format, today announced that it has signed an agreement with Oi2 Media Group whereby Oi2 will act as lead advertising sales agent for the VIVA LIVE TV App. The agreement extends to network and national spot advertising sales, and in-program sponsorships and advertising in the United States , its territories, and Canada for all VIVA LIVE TV APP channels and content. Under the terms of the Agreement, Oi2 will share revenues on all advertising and sponsorships revenues generated, as well as assign approximately 15 advertising specialists to work on behalf of Viva.
