The Company announces that on 17 November 2017, Equiniti Share Plan Trustees Limited, the trustee of the Company's Inland Revenue Approved Share Incentive Plan, acquired ordinary shares of 5p were at £23.51 (lowest closing mid-market price during the 6 month accumulation period) from Equniti Trust (Jersey) Limited, the trustee of the Company's Employee Benefit Trust No.2.
