No, this applies to any deals also IMHO. I base that on the fact SFOR could not even PR the fact that our software was being sold in a retail chain (I forget which one). SFOR was informed , in no uncertain terms, that if there was going to be a PR that company's PR Department would do it, not SFOR! Glad to have company product in another brick & mortar store SFOR wisely acquiesced. Right now, SFOR is like a flea jumping on big dogs just grateful for the ride, regardless of the exact direction those dogs run. By keeping our mouth shut (no PRs) we've been able to hop on a whole sled team of retail dogs. That's great! It must be hard for Mark not to crow about settlement details/deals like a proud barnyard rooster. However, he knows the silence imposed on him by the lawyers will, in the long run, serve our company well.
