I think we need to look at what the safety trial is monitoring. While this is just a guess on my part, I believe all the blood testing they're doing in that test are to determine if, and if so how much of the components of the cannabis in the cream is absorbed into the blood. To put it another way, could you get high if you used the cream too often.

Certainly it's possible their are other safety issues, but most people concerned with cannabis are concerned about people's reaction to using it.

If the trial shows virtually no presents in the blood, and no other negative reactions, from a safety standpoint, you could practically bathe in the cream and be okay. Of course they won't say that, but when results are in we should learn if their should be any restriction on how often the cream can be safely used, and perhaps how large an area it should be used on. I'm guessing they'll find it's not a problem, but the proof of that comes from the trial.
