Last 45 days of events:

1. IPR challenge denied. Huge event for Strikeforce now and in the future.

2. Entrust and Strikeforce settled. Strikeforce benefited from the settlement but we'll have to wait to see how.

3. HUGE GAME CHANGER: It's been well chronicled already that major clients (and billion dollar companies at that) have started advertising their new OOBA/MFA products which includes the benefits of Strikeforce's technology.

4. Other deals/clients that are not being advertised yet.

5. Entrust court document from LAST MONTH that told us that there is a parallel settlement negotiation going on which was one of the reasons for the delay in settlement (we haven't heard anymore ffom that one....YET).

All of this along with the fact that since January the original three have been in settlement negotiations with the Duo Markman hearing coming up in two weeks.

Could this coming week hold out the announcement of another settlement??
