If your in constant contact with Bill why didnt he file the Q like he said last week?

I incorrectly stated TPAC has another Q due in December. Funny how I provide a link so anyone can verify the information and somehow that makes me a liar and a basher. Your question was does TPAC have 2 Q's due and I clearly said no but yet Im a liar because I gave the wrong date for the next filing due. Some really desperate folks defending MRVB /SI/IR. Unfortunately they have nothing to verify their nonsense so they just attack.

Scroll down to “Filing Deadline Calculator”, choose the type of form, then pick “non-accelerated Filer”.
Choose the day the Q or K is due - you can find it by looking on their OTCM profile page under financial reporting.
So for TPAC, they last filed on April 30, 2017. Their next financial was due a quarter later on July 31, 2017.
They give them a 45 day window to file the Q which was Due: Thursday, September 14, 2017.
They give them a 90 day window to file the K which is Due: January 29th, 2018.
If TPAC files an extension it is 5 days for the Q and 10 days for the K
