With the Clerks entry of default on May 3rd it is down to the judge. Per Pacer that is. Who knows how long this is going to take... it could be years... they may have a hopeful timeline.. but unless there is some underlying information we are not privy to the judge could sit on this. I believe HJOE has the right intentions but all we have is what’s public and have to take it at face value until more information is accessible.
