Zadie you are way off base with your line of thinking. Please take a look at the 21M fund letter found within the court documents and review what the 21M is to be used for ie: movie studio deals, acquisitions, etc etc, NOTHING about taking the company private. Yes, IMO down the road NTEK is going to be a major acquisition target for many deep pocketed companies but only after the PPS is out of the gutter.
I do have to agree with you the failure of NTEK to provide timely financials and the whole OTC stop sign fiasco is outrageously bad and shows current management is in disarray.
I will also add, I have it confirmed direct from the funding source we are good so as Atlas would say put that in your pipe and smoke it!
We are now only 2 months from the SH meeting so I imagine we all will know what has been happening behind the scenes in short order. Personally I can't wait for the grand unveiling.
