Big traders do not always follow the company's real time fundamentals and financial, it they all do, the share price should be at 1 cent or lower.
In the past share price frequently surged on no news and declined for no reason and share price actively moving in yo-yo fashion because chart technicality played an important part among technical traders. Many big players are technical traders who ignore news.
Chart pattern precedes news, "buy on speculation, sell on news" is a common phenomenon. If chart has no meaning and is not predictable, there would has been no "chart analysis". Every game has rules, if one does not understand the language in the chart, it is only Greek to him.
