I know "SAVES LIVES" is our most heartfelt concern. Once the POTUS signs off of the supplemental bill to the FY '17 DOD Appropriations Act funds will definitely be available to get America's best the best defensive software on their I-Phones, MT. I will go to my US Representatives' field offices once he does so. I will encourage them to follow-up on this National Security issue as I did with the field staff of both Maine's US Senators a couple weeks ago.
