Umm ... So how exactly does offering to sell ALL of his 795k shares as Jazz did earlier TODAY square with the "only in very small trades at a time so he doesn't rock the boat" part ?

The Jazz Literally stated that he will sell them ALL if iPMC wants them ... Sounds a bit diametrically opposed to the heralded "very small trade" FLIPPING Concept ...
