If there is a share price hit when the financials are released, I would be surprised, but if so, I believe it would be very short lived. I don't expect anything in the financials themselves that would make someone want to buy who isn't buying already. It will be a lot of house cleaning I imagine.
BUT, when those with firms that have restricted the stock buying, remove that restriction after the released financials, I expect a lot of folks in the know will be trying to scoop up the low lying fruit.
The released financials will trigger the other events imo.
