Here is a May 2017 analyst report on Nanoco that says: "1 gram for a 55”
screen (circa 0.83m2)."

I would think that the higher the quantum yield, the less QDs you need. It seems that Nanoco needs more than 3x what Nanosys says they need per m^2 suggesting Nanoco yield is not great. Maybe this is why Dow can't sell anything?
