my post was in agreement with poster's belief/opinion that there is no reason for
anyone to buy until mgmt gives them a reason to .. but you knew that

update .. is a start .. there are other aspects mgmt can do (I refer to these as
ancillary material events done in parallel)
what was interesting to me based on what was filed ah's on the 18th of October
and after 1PM on the 20th of October .. is how that news was *handled* by NR
.. the seemingly apparent wash trading UP of PTOI from approx 1c to 4c
on approx 1M in volume
this after October's volume from the 2nd to the 15th engendered all of 153,000 *shares*

But the business plan is viable for the rube that does purchase the plans for a new rusted and broken down machine! What universe please? I will be beamed there asap to understand the logic!
