There is no way there will be a dismissal without retribution, THE PTAB SPOKE!

Also, the defense claims improper venue 1 year after the suits were filed. Really?

I view this as a delay tactic and shouldnt be tolerated by the courts. TOTAL BS.

If I were the judge I would tell the defendants to put on thier big boy/girl pants on and keep this puppy moving. Enough of the distractions, lets focus on the cases!
