The blatant fraud is P2O, the fraudulent investment is PTOI. The latter simply is the vehicle that imparts willing rubes from their hard earned money. Truly an easy concept for all to see...unless of course there is a financial game in telling fairytale stories about naked shorts to the tune of $80MM. There is this bridge in Brooklyn...I wonder...DUH
