Mark said no 8k but an 8k does not appear to be re

Mark said no 8k but an 8k does not appear to be required based on what Mark said and also on everything I've read and posted. My best guess is that they were allowed to post an 8k on that one and not on this one based on their agreement with Entrust. Again, if you have literature stating an 8k is required than post it.
