.0002 was low for 2017 following no fills at .0001 since Summer 2016.

157M .0002s bought out on the ask in less than 24 hours - mostly in 10M and 20M chunks by savvy traders holding for runs above .0010 later.
This is evidenced by their only being 98M on the ask at .0003 after earlier manipulation wall from yesterday cancelled by those trying to get cheap shares.
INCC's wholly owned subsidiary BluDog Products has:
3 x CBD products on sale already - Zenium, CBD Gum and Canine CBD Chill Pill.
