As a number ill agree yes its superficial and means nothing in the scheme of things. But it affirms they moved product, which is a snails step towards the ultimate goal of profitability. Ultimately i would like to see such an agreement as short lived as their is much more value to be gained by not giving up almost half the revenue, but i cheer the step.
I need to see some confirmed free gold sales though. Why havent we seen 100ounces or more sold by now? If im them id personally be grabbing at least a few shards of visible gold daily, from paying employees to pan and then dump the concentrate back or whatever. This detail really has me thrown for a loop, unless they worry about security if they start selling 50,000bucks worth every few weeks or couple months?
I would have thought a pilot plant would have been purchased through said proceeds too. Id think if you show a couple sales of gold youd be able to walk into a bank here and get a couple hundred thousand from a bank for a pilot plant.
So many questions remain that continue to challenge the legitimacy of this operation. I cant even keep track of the board members flying in and out of this company, and if they are even real people LOL. Youd think some of them, at this juncture, would be able, as well as want, to put their own skin in the game to help fund OPs.
Did getting current really cost that much money that we couldnt accomplish more operationally? Was getting current a ruse to sell shares? I dont believe this to be the case, but until I see audited financials with booked gold revenues my position will continue to remain but a fraction if what I had put up. I am certainly glad i pulled back when I did but nothing would make me happier than to load the boat once true legitmacy is revealed.
