On the other hand I will point out the following..

STOP with the misleads! I don't see why anyone would think (other than manipulator agenda) CSI/ACS isn't working with SFOR, that's just ridiculous! Do you have any factual proof that ACS is getting paid. If soooo.... let's see it!
Folks should truly assess the HUGE Connections with TPG/INTEL/McAfee, R&G and SFOR/ACS!
If CSI/ACS are getting paid and not paying SFOR (STI/SFT), then they're in breach of contract/APLA according to the Asset Purchase Licensing Agreement!
1.1.11.2.) The Percentage Payment shall be payable to STI by the 15th of each month for all Malware Suite licenses which CSI was paid for in the prior month.
And if breach does occur the APLA can be terminated by 30days in written notice from said breach! It's in the Amended APLA Article 17!!
BUT AGAIN! So.... I doubt very seriously a breach has occurred. There's too much at risk -- Hundreds of Millions for CSI/ACS according to Bo at the NYC Major debate! That would just be for KE IP, which of course they need to buy FIRST!
BUT AGAIN! So.... you very well know it's SFOR IP (KE and OOB/MFA) is integrated with ACS Cyber platform, w/out SFOR IP what do you have?!
IMO it's very possible TPG will buy both ACS and SFOR around the same time?!

Effective January 28, 2016, Cyber Safety, finalized the purchase of the option to buy the keystroke encryption patents and Intellectual Property related to the GuardedID and MobileTrust software pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Asset Purchase Agreement for a purchase price of Nine Million Dollars ($9,000,000), which may be paid in the form of a promissory note due by and no later than September 30, 2020.
As a condition of the Asset Purchase Agreement, Cyber Safety will license the Malware Suite (as defined in the Asset Purchase Agreement) up to and until September 30, 2020. Pursuant to this license, Cyber Safety shall compensate the Company with fifteen percent ( 15 %) of the net amount Cyber Safety receives (defined as the amount received by Cyber Safety from the sale or licensing of the Malware Suite ), which amount may be increased to twenty percent ( 20% ) under certain conditions for ProtectID , and is subject to reduction for commissions and support costs that Cyber Safety will be obligated to pay StrikeForce.
So....for GuardedID and MT - (KE IP) 15% and 20% when ProtectID - (OOB/MFA) is used.
So....in AUG 2015 they had not yet finalized the promissory note to purchase the Keystroke Encryption (KE) IP. But when MSFT/PF settled they immediately did the promissory note to purchase!
For the impatient ones and cluttering the Hangout board IHUB style -- If sooooo displeased, then SELL, LEAVE -- BYE!
