When in doubt, stay out, there are greener pastures somewhere else. It is insane to own the stock and getting ulcer worrying about it.
The filing delay is caused by accounting issue or legal issue with the predatory lender. It is not unprecedented, it a frequent occurrence in the SEC. QMC will prevail this filing drama.
There is always exceptions in the Securities and Exchange Commission rules. Only inactive, deadwood companies which are not able to pay the SEC fees are vulnerable to penalty.
We need only to concentrate on accessing the display market by capturing one or two big TV makers among astronomical number of TV makers worldwide to produce quantum dots at full capacity and when succeeded, the rocket will be in orbit virtually overnight. Money is power, it can buy nearly everything and can solve nearly all problems.
Let nature takes its course and let the law of Nature prevail: "Survival of the Fittest", waste no time and effort in converting skeptics and disbelievers, let them be out and close the door behind them.
