PR issued today apparently but in a mickey mouse fashion and not found by searching agencies and not alerted via Tweet or on broker platforms.
I have sent the CEO a serious telling off - this was a major opportunity for price movement - now lost unless the PR is resent via means that will actually be seen by significant traders.

The company also stated there has been no stock dilution for nearly 6 months and the former REGULATION A OFFERING has expired with no intention to amend nor extend this offering.
Chris Trina, Chairman and CEO commented on 3rd quarter financial results, “I am very proud of the accomplishments of our entire team over the last nine months especially the last 3 months. From the same period a year ago we have increased our cash position 2600% from $3,300 to $86,000 at the end of the quarter. We currently have a cash position today of $81,000 with November booked receivables of over $12,000. Third quarter revenues are up 48% to $74,637 from $50,610 and nine month revenues are up 60% to $231,607 from $145,000. It is easy to be happy with these results but by no means are we satisfied nor content with them.”
Trina explained further the comments pertaining to dilution, “ As the largest stake holder in this company nobody has more to gain in wanting to keep newly issued shares to a minimum and to control our float from bloating and at the same time improve capital structure and increase shareholder value. We have not issued a single new share of EVSV in almost 6 months and will work diligently to continue this trend. Although we had the opportunity a few months ago to amend and extend the existing REG-A offering management decided it was in the best interest of our shareholders to shelve it entirely.”
Trina ended his statement to shareholders by saying, “To reiterate this past Monday’s PR release we are hitting on all cylinders as these financial results clearly prove out. We intend to crank out strong sales through the end of 2017 and beyond. We appreciate our shareholders and the investing community and look forward to further positive announcements in the near term.”
