It depends on an individual's perception of what is good news! We might still see news of either settlements and/or signed contracts, but they may/may not include an NDA! To many of us it would still be good news, but to a handful of vocal shareholders it would be meaningless, without a PR to support/promote it. So it is that age old discussion as to whether the glass is half full, or half empty! Different strokes for different folks! No consensus on the subject unfortunately!
