Major Sleddogs with the delayed 10Q
Do you or anyone know if the 10Q will be filed before Friday's SH meeting ?
Will you be in attending the Meeting ?

I did note that during the meeting a few things will be voted on as listed in the picture link below:

On #1 I would suggest that Thomas A.Cellucci CEO of BVTK be written in as a vote written in for the Board of Directors.
1) To elect three members to the Company's Board of Directors to hold office until the Company's next Annual Meeting of Stockholders in 2018 or until each Director’s successor is duly elected and qualified;
I wish I was able to attend this year's SFOR SH meeting, but I have a previous engagement for a grand opening of a New Center in Orlando, for which I'm obligated or have promised to attend some months ago as a significant Angle Investor in the Company and Techincal Advisor.
I do wish I could attend, to meet those Shareholders which I have grown to enjoy their Posts and put faces to names I see on a daily basis on the board, and discuss numerous topics of our shared interest.
I hope someone asks Mark how Bo selling ACS might affect our Strategic Alliance ?
