PDXP: moves up and down very quickly because of tight SS. Doesn't look like conversion to me; looks like impatient traders that bail if ticker doesn't rise 100%/day. Any pressure on the ASK and it quickly moves up. Remember the company has reduced the A/S from 10B to just 648M and the CEO owns 500M of that. You don't reduce SS to bare bones to convert. Float still just 41M.
