Mr. Heddle is already selling off any pieces remaining and the money is going into thin air...more than likely toward his own hefty compensation.
Technology?? If Mr. Heddle really valued PTOI's technology and wanted it all for himself, he could simply do an exclusive licensing agreement between PTOI and himself or Heddle Marine, promising PTOI 95% of profits...with those profits depending entirely on how much Mr. Heddle wants to pay himself before any money hits the bottom line.
I'm sure that if Mr. Heddle wanted the golden goose for himself, he would have found numerous ways to take it or exclusively benefit from it rather than biding his time for years while the processors sit idle. Mr. Heddle is in complete control--he could just run the golden goose now and pay himself a bigger salary out of all the billions of dollars PTOI would supposedly receive.
The 'wants to steal my Lucky Charms' theory of PTOI doesn't make sense to me.
