(NYSE American: IGC) yesterday announced that during its 2016-2017 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on November 8, 2017, voting on Proposals Three and Four was adjourned to November 22, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. EST due to the lack of required stockholders needed. Stockholders of record on October 5, 2017 are eligible and requested by IGC to vote on these proposals that are available in the company’s proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (http://nnw.fm/6yMe4). Eligible stockholders may vote at www.ProxyVote.com, by dialing 800-454-8683, or by returning a properly executed proxy card to InvestorCom.
