Hmmm. All the more reason not to delay. Time to move forward with the core business. Now, if J&J anticipates an unfavorable ruling in December and doesnt want the 17CY financials impacted then it might be an oppty for DECN to leverage and exploit a Jan agreement. All speculation. Laser like focus on running the business is what is best for all!
