High-tech acceleration firm in the multiplatform games industry, AppSwarm (OTC: SWRM) this morning announced that it has entered into a Letter of Intent (“LOI”) with USA Real Estate Holding Co (OTC: USTC) for the development of a smartphone based cash and bitcoin mobile wallet.
