In your exuberance, you may have misread Pluto's statement:
"Here are a couple of other thoughts. I have convinced KB as have others, to publish the Quarterly Report on time and not wait until the hearing. There will be a couple of things in that Quarterly Report, I think that might just identify that new partner everyone is asking about since the IVD world is awash with rumors. This partner is going to buy GenPrecis sight unseen. And, J&J is about to find out about another litigation front that will double Amazon sales thanks to a "friend" in Brooklyn, NY."
Pluto did not "convince him to disclose the name"
The "convincing" was to publish the quarterly report on time.
