BSTN .006 - question: can you share your thoughts on why BSTN continues to stay sub-penny, with such a low O/S and float? Is it due to traders being gunshy over past splits, A/ increase? Regardless, who thinks BSTN will eventually rise above a penny, maybe multi-penny again? Timeline?
