I have found Mark to be honest and conservative in what he can and does say. If he says we did very well, I am definitely inclined to believe him and feel when we do find out what has transpired that we will like it very much. If you go back to right before the IPR was dismissed - he said that many do get instituted but that wasn't saying anything. So right there - that was a conservative approach based on what he could say at the time. Not sure what else we can look for here other than good times ahead IMHO.
