I get all that, but is it attributable to criminal

I get all that, but is it attributable to criminality or incompetence? Do we know she's not a wack job? Mightn't she be someone who promises what she can't deliver? What criminal purpose would there be in buying RMHB cans by the thousand and not doing anything with them?

I'm not suggesting I know the answer here. I just haven't seen a compelling case yet that she was in cahoots with Jerry. This may be a case of The Criminal and the Clueless. I just don't know and am reserving judgment here.
