Details of settlement may be already known by defense attorneys for the other SFOR defendants in all likelihood because many defense firms talk among themselves. For 27 years I did defense work as an attorney. We would just call an attorney in another firm and get the details. If one does not think that is the case, I believe that person could be wrong. In that regard I agree with Gold Maker. Of course Mark has to listen to his own attorneys demand silence. There may be other reasons not to disclose terms of the settlement if a defendant is a public traded company. Every big law firm and every big corporation is susceptible(sp.) to someone who may provide info. I do not know if that is the case here.....just my two bits.
