First off - with regards to recent filings:
I had been aware that there had been issues with prior management
but never ever had a clue to the extent this evolved into. I personally
thought the major damage was done by Roy Meadows & Daughter.
As we all can see from the filings Meadows was just the tip of the iceberg.
Had no clue Radcliffe group controls LSW holdings either.
This set the company back a good 6-9 months. IMHO kudo's to our current
management team who instead of calling it quits or opting for bk - Is fighting for we the shareholders and are in the process of re-birthing RMHB and we'll have cbd water/ products on shelves quicker than most believe.
They are fast tracking at top speed to get us with profitable products out onto store-shelves ASAP. They've cleaned up all the past and now with financing in place they've been going 24/7 for some time to get this accomplished. We'll be seeing the proof of their work before years end.
I was hesitant to report on the CC Thurs but since it's already been posted I'll let the Company speak to the facts that many of us here want/need to hear.
With regards to new staff - we've added top tier players in their fields. Was specifically impressed with Michell's background - She's been involved in the bev industry from product development up-to and including gaining shelf space.
Heard that North of the border could be back in play with production runs and distributing being done in country.
The Company is 100% in active pursuit of a small company to add to RMHB.
I believe they are also after some heavy hitters to add some large blocks of stock with currently distressed price's.
We did join them for a meal out and paid separate tabs All paid with personal CC's not on expense accts. We stopped by HQ last Mon. and upon arriving we saw that all were busy. Appeared all were in a hurry including them having a board meeting ongoing at the same time we arrived. In retrospect they were spit polishing the lawsuit before filing shortly there after.
There's more to be revealed but will let Mike and Co state it 1st hand Thurs. afternoon - that way I can't be accused of painting a rosy picture. I believe we'll all be happy investors seeing they are on the right track around the Holiday period next month.
It's been a wild year with RMHB - but having visited with them I'm a firm believer that they are on the fast track doing everything in their capabilities to get us out onto shelves - making a profit - then bring in Gerry and Kevin to use their Rolodex's to help get us shelf-space in many diff ventures as well as countries.
The Re-Birth is underway and await the CC on Thurs afternoon as they'll be adding more color - than what could legally be posted currently. The Company as well as their investors will be well informed and they've promised they'll keep us updated with factual PR's and will refrain from all fluff posts (AKA Jerry G's BS)
Best ahead for us all and I look forward entering 2018 with they being solidly focused.

BTW the vultures are circling here. Not to save a shareholders investment - but rather get in as cheap as they can with as many shares as they can get.
