New tax plan...tax restricted shares upon vesting...
"Tax Cut" ? Unless you're a 1%er, don't you believe it for a minute ! This new scheme [rip-off] would tax investors upon acquisition of restricted shares, as opposed to when they actually make (or lose) some money & cash-out. This measure would have also tuned the tables on Steve when he succeeded in fighting-off the IRS in that landmark courtcase a few years back.
