Has anyone been able to locate a legal document giving Sphere International control of TPAC via proxy?
How about a SC-13d or Form 4 for shares purchased by MRVB?
Or maybe MRVB recorded revenue?
Anything? Or can we just call it what it is "fraud" and move on? Wait for the end of the year and file a lawsuit against IR/SI. Thats the plan I guess since no legal documents can be supplied proving any of the MRVB or IR/SI dealings are legitimate.
