Sometimes the issue is not the people understanding - it is the people "not accepting" the information available because its not to their liking!
SFOR'S foundation has been strengthened by the Entrust Settlement, even though details have not been made public. SFOR has six remaining lawsuits, each of which shall add another block of granite to SFOR's foundation, with or without details being made available.
Mark Kay and our legal teams have a much better grasp of what to do/not to do, than most if not all of us! Unfortunately we still live in a world in which the prevailing attitude is "I want it - AND I WANT IT NOW!!!". Fortunately Mark and our legal team doesn't accommodate us by doing what we want, but what is best in the long run for SFOR! I trust Mark and our legal teams - Blank Rome and Ropes & Gray, and have greater confidence in their abilities to develop, create, and deliver an extremely positive outcome for SFOR and its shareholders, than I do in any given shareholder/ group of shareholders!!!
Still there will be others of dissenting viewpoints that will continue to yell for Mark/SFOR to respond immediately with details, completely disregarding his legal advice received, in order to pacify the squeeky wheel! Fortunately Mark follows the legal advice made available by his legal team, whether anyone likes it or not!
SFOR is strong, resilient, and growing stronger each day, in a tremendous effort to provide ultimate success for SFOR and its shareholders!!! That is their job, which I feel is being accomplished in a professional manner! Our job, despite our anxieties, is to remain patient and to persevere thru the quiet periods, accepting the continued success in our lawsuits, and contracts to be signed. GOOD LUCK TO EVERYBODY!!!
