$IFUS Large bids have arrived, and the spread is now tight!!!! Anything under .006 which is the 4 year average traded price since it ran to .043 in 2013, is a gift!!!!
At the current trading price the market cap is barely $500,000. This is a stock where the founder and the outfit that loaned the IFUS cattle feed production subsidiary $250,000 for production machinery, spent $500,000 on lawsuits to fight over a cattle business specialty feed formula and a $250,000 loan to the IFUS subsidiary, and IFUS won the law suit case (the case was settled amicably out of court after 3 years of legal games. Who spends 3 years trying to get a so called simple judgement on a loan default and spends more on legal costs than they had in the loan, and why????), when the original goal of the law suit was to take over the firm using a manufactured loan default as the excuse, and take it away from existing common shareholders. That failed!!!
Why would parties battle and spend so much money (over $500,000 by most calculations) on both sides to fight for a legally SEC non-reporting firm with a fixed AS share structure of 350 Mil shares that has kept the AS fixed since 2010, for 7 years now, if the company and the feed business was worthless???
Do the math folks, this is the time buy cheap and hold this one IMHO. I was right in 2013 when I predicted its rally from .001 to .043 in 2 months. The law suits are over, IFUS is now ready to rock and roll. News watch is on!!! Check Nevada state registrations, they are both current for both IFUS companies!!!!
