The first reconstruction period was 90 days - not 3 years. There was a 30 day period where they were "evaluating" and then it was announced 90 days. Go back and look through the Twitter feeds and board comments as many shareholders were anxiously awaiting results aftet those 90 days and nothing happened. The 3 year timeframe didnt evolve until well after the first 90 day period ended and then all of a sudden it was "always" 2-3 years. They were somewhat effective in rewriting history as that is what most people seem to remember but the documented history proves otherwise.
